Iris Golds

Iris Golds was 11 when the war started and was evacuated from Littlehampton to Nottingham. She came back after a while because there were more air raids in Nottingham than Littlehampton. Her father was away during the war and her mother worked. Her brother was killed on D-Day. She had a very close family with a positive outlook.
