Copyright
All the text, images and other files on the Wartime West Sussex
1939-45 website are in copyright. They are copyright of the
institution which owns the original, and of West Sussex County
Council Library Service which created the material in this
form.
Copies of any text, images and all documents on this site may be
made free of charge for educational use in the classroom or for
private research. Multiple copies may be made for use in the
classroom, so long as the copyright text is left intact on any
copies.
We welcome the commercial use of this material, but it requires
the prior written (email or letter) permission of the Project
Manager and the owner of the original image, object or
document. Commercial use usually requires payment of
publication and/or reproduction fees, plus printed acknowledgement
(if appropriate) to the owner of the material. Use is restricted to
the purpose for which it was granted and further reproduction of
the images is prohibited without further documented permission and
payment of a further fee.
Commercial use includes publication on any website, in books,
newspapers, magazines, calendars, leaflets and so on, framed or
mounted views in business premises such as pubs and
restaurants, use in television programmes and videos, and in public
talks.
Please contact the Project Manager for
