Technical help
All sources and resources can be saved to your computer. To view
and save files most effectively, we recommend a broadband internet
connection and at least 1GB of RAM.
Photographs and pictures are jpeg files.
Left click the thumbnail to open and click on the 'x', bottom
right, to close. Clicking on 'View whiteboard image' enlarges the
picture further. At any stage you can right-click and save the
image on to your computer.
For PDF documents, left click on the icon,
and choose 'open' or 'save' as required. Adobe Acrobat software
enables you to read PDF files. A free download is available from
Adobe
Systems Inc.
Sources with this symbol are audio clips,
usually one of the adjacent printed sources being read out. Left
click and choose "open” or “save” as required. If you choose “open”
they should play immediately in Windows Media Player.
