The interactive map enables you to identify which roads are maintained
at public expense by West Sussex County Council. Roads can be searched
by Road Name, Post code, Town/Village name, Map Sheet Reference
(if known) or you can click on the interactive map to zoom down
to the area required.
If you are new to the system it is important you first read the
Help available. To access the Help click on 'Launch Interactive
Map' below and then select the Help Button.

IMPORTANT
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAP WHICH APPEARS ON THE
SCREEN WILL IDENTIFY IN
BLUE (WHEN DISPLAYED) THOSE ROADS WHERE ALL OR PART OF THE
HIGHWAY IS ADOPTED. FOR
MORE DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE EXACT LENGTH OF THE MAINTAINED
HIGHWAY, PLEASE CLICK ON THE ROAD IN QUESTION.

From 6th October 2006, an on-line search will be available giving the Con29 highway replies for the cost of £15 per search. This does not include extent of adopted highway. Please contact Local Land Charges at WSCC for further information (01243 777190)
